They're not zombies! They're Sons of Z'athax!
Ok; any time I start a movie and see that it is a Wild Eye film, I let out a really big sigh. They aren’t all bad but there is definitely more bad than good.
This is one of the good ones. Dare I say a colorful cinematic masterpiece.
Throw a corpse, some neon sticks some Bayou history into a blender and you get, Z’athax and the neon dead.
This isn’t your ordinary Zombie movie, and its a pleasant deviation for the normal of it and really don’t to spoil too much of it for people who haven’t watched. A talking head, magical machete’s. It’s cocky, cheeky and pretty darn good. 80’s color and music, with some pretty solid writing.
